I've had prior issues with getting locked out of online banking and slow to respond emails and I wish there was a second branch closer to my home but overall, they're much better than the other credit unions in Birmingham. We refinanced our vehicle in November and that was the best transaction I think I've ever done. Fast and efficient and restored my faith in the credit union. Thanks for being a small business and having capable staff to get things done efficiently.

I have been a member of this credit union since I was in high school. Its seems like everytime you come in its all these new folks that don't know what a deposit and a hold is. I went in this morning and came across the new girl. All I told her was I want to make a deposit a deposit not cash a check. This girl sitting there reading my account and taking forever cause now I see she don't know what she is doing. Then the other lil girl comes over and say oh she new and in training. I ain't ask her for all that I just wanted the check deposited. They come telling me it has to be a hold on a deposit. Then here come Jessica asking do she need to help. I told her she could have cause clearly they don't know what a deposit means. I still trying to see what you come for and didn't do nothing. I been wanting to leave this credit union cause its been a joke for years with people with no customer service and don't know what they doing.

I've been with ACIPCO since 2015 and have never had a negative experience. Melissa H. is amazing, and I was helped by Alexandria today, who also provided the excellent customer service. Professional, caring team of knowledgeable employees. Thanks for being so awesome!

This Credit Union is a complete joke. You can call about an issue and never get a complete answer, or call back about anything. They also don't go by what is on the app or web site. If you remote deposit it will take forever to get your funds. I feel it is just a replica of a bank.
