I cannot get into my account online and apparently there is no IT specialist I can speak with. Both of the representatives I spoke with said the only way they could help is by me giving my social security number to them over the phone and allowing them to do the same exact thing on their end that I was attempting to do on mine. I don't consider that a safe option as I've been seeing identity theft issues everywhere and don't know if these reps are honest people or not. What they need is a real IT Dept to help with the online issues.

Worst customer service I have an auto loan with this bank which they have switched systems for automatic drafts but it's up to the customers to switch. The links they forward do not work. No one at the branch downtown Birmingham are willing to help. Don't do business with them it's been a hassle for two years now since I purchased vehicle.

Worst credit union ever, terrible customer service! I used their atm and it took my money off of my card and gave me a receipt that said unable to process. I went inside to show them the receipts and asked for a manager, they said there wasn't one available and call my card company. They knew something was wrong with their atm & they had no regard for whatever happened. I will never go here again and I wouldn't advise anyone to use their atm. From the looks of things, they won't be in business long.

business hours are allegedly 9-5 but try calling them at 4:30 and no answer and no option for after hour questions of any sort. Also no Saturday service. 9-4:30 (or even 5) on M-F is not terribly helpful for those with a day job w/o just one day where they stay open a teensy bit later (either be open later on one weekday, or open a few hours on weekend)

Horrible customer service, left me high and dry right before closing on my vehicle after everything had been cleared prior. No call backs or answers to emails. A+ credit get way better rates and service elsewhere.
