The worst credit union ever!! Everyone is rude! They charged me 2 fees because they said I made too many charges on my account and they couldn’t keep up. So they charged me $30 twice for a courtesy pay fee even though the money was in my account. Kayla Southerland will not respond to my calls, emails or anything. She is VERY unprofessional and because of her I will be leaving this credit union. I will not stop until I find out who is over her because no one seems to have that info. Kayla told me she would refund the fees if I signed to opt out of courtesy pay which I never knew I was opted in. She said in an email she would send the form but never did so I had to show up and they still gave me the run around after signing the form. I don’t care to have overdraft or courtesy pay because I have no intentions of overdrafting my account. It was so much better when the old crew was there. It has really gone downhill since she and this new crew took over. People are leaving left and right.

My first call was 17 minutes placed on a hold to them. When someone finally answered, they needed to speak to the account holder, I connected them and they placed us on a hold again and then they dropped the call. We called again and no was available. We called again and then we were sent to a voicemail. The short time we did speak with any representative, they were rude in tone and not friendly.

My husband Bobby Woodard and I find ourselves simply in awwww of how amazing everyone at this credit union are, the fact that they know everyone who banks there and I mean know you, not only tellers but everyone is so pleasant and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve your issues. The CFO, Mr. Lowe is just incredible, he actually spent days working out a situation we had to the extent that we could not be happier. He's hands on and accessible. So often people of positions tend to pass the buck or shuffle you to a teller, that's definitely not who he is, we are happy with our decision to stay during the transition period of change and find ourselves completely satisfied with the way the credit union is progressing.
