Had a great experience with my teller. I'm not sure of her name, but she was in the middle of the stand and she was the nicest. We had a great conversation while also making sure to handle business as pleasantly as possible. It's such a breath of fresh air to run into someone with great customer service skills in this day and age.

I worked with Erica Bennett to purchase a vehicle in September 2023, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. When my son began looking for a vehicle, I knew Erica had to be our first call. She supports her clients through every step of the process—from providing Carfax reports on potential purchases to making sure they receive the best possible warranty. Walking into a dealership with financing already handled, makes the car buying process take significantly less time. She turns what can be a complicated and stressful experience into something seamless and easy. She is my first and only reference for someone needing financing for an auto-loan! Erica truly treats her customers like family, and that level of care is invaluable.

Kelsey Smith-Jones had an amazing attitude. Her personality was above and beyond the 5 stars given here. We need more people like Kelsey in today's work place.
