I joined this bank 15+ years ago, prior to the acquisition/merger, when it was named Alabama Telco. Since merging, the customer service is hit or miss. I believe it must be outsourced, because you can't receive reliable assistance. I've been working for about 3 weeks now trying to obtain a tax document for my now closed account; after having to update my bank account number due to security breach/identity theft. Each time I call or message, I receive the stock answers (it can be downloaded after Jan 31st or it was mailed). However, because the account is closed and not associated with my online banking I can not download it. I receive an error. Additionally, nothing has came in the mail and it's almost the end of February. As a result, I don't have all my tax document. This is ridiculous.

When I entered this bank a year ago, I never knew I was gaining Family. Tiffany, Amie , Zameriah Always make me feel amazing. The Best In The World. I’d recommend anybody to come bank with Avadian.

I love coming to this location but the bald head guy is extremely rude. I walked in and he didn't open his mouth. He was rude on my last visit as well. The security officers are always nice.
