I’m a retail car dealer trying to get one of my customers a loan for a vehicle. They got approved through ECO credit union so I sent in the paperwork for the sale. ECO credit union never responded back to me or my customer. Very unprofessional credit union. Will not send them any of my customers or business in the future..

I have banked with Eco for more than 25 years. I have financed 5 cars with them, received a home loan. Never had a problem. Great people!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have been banking with ECO for 10 years and never had a problem. Recently I went through a divorce and had the banker Blake at this location remove my ex from my accounts. DO NOT DO ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH HIM. He doesn’t know what he is doing. Even another worker at another location told me he did it incorrectly. He only took my ex off of the checking and not the savings even after I told him to remove from both. I was not aware that he only fixed my checking & My ex was then able to wipe all of my money out of my savings account through transferring it to his personal account. The bank says even though it was a banker error, I have lost my money and there is nothing they can do but ask him to give the money back which he of course will not do. I have tried to get in touch with the head manager over the branches & I have left messages to no avail. Since there are no repercussions for the bankers actions I will be closing both of my accounts as well as both of my sons’ savings accounts here.

I absolutely LOVE this credit union! Everyone in there is so personable and truly cares about you. The branch manger Kelley, is AWESOME!!!! She goes above and beyond to help clients. We've financed multiple cars with them, refinanced cars, had business accounts open, personal accounts.. you name it, we've done it, and Kelley and the rest of the team at this branch has made it happen with ease! We now live in Texas, and refuse to leave them! We will always have an account with Eco, for sure as long as Kelley Calhoun is there! If you want a personal banking experience and are tired of the cookie cutter big baking experience, go see Kelley or one of her team members at Eco in Riverchase!

Denied my car loan application when I needed it most because I haven’t “been on my job long enough.” As a registered nurse who is in high demand during a pandemic, I’m sure that I will maintain my job to pay a car note. Also, they did not verify my source of income by requesting a pay stub to see how much I actually make or check loan payment history. I have never been late on a payment for my home or student loans. She did not offer another solution to my request. They are not friendly at this branch nor do they offer solutions to maximize your saving. The lack of staff diversity is also saddening. Very disappointed and I will be closing my account.
