I’ve been a member with the credit union for almost 10 years now. The new manager Greg and new loan officer Kim are just terrible and very inconsiderate to customers who’ve been nothing but in good standards with this branch! Instead of calling you and notifying you of actions that’s been made to your account, they don’t! This is by far this worst I’ve seen with them. Thank God for Willa still being there and understanding. Bring back Debbie and Joe Riley!!!

Not sure about these other reviews but my experience with Greg Keller at Birmingham Federal Employees Credit Union was awful! Very rude, as if he did not want assist me at all . Worst example of professionalism and customer service. I was not aware he was the CEO and was completely shocked !! I found out he treated another member the same way. That member left and got a mortgage loan elsewhere. I closed my account!!

This credit union, unfortunately, the worst customer service skills that I have ever been associate d with! Even after being a member of this financial institution for over 10 years! I am still treated as I were the perpetrator and a part of the many fraudulent transactions that have occurred regarding my account. I will advise that if you’re going through similar fraudulent activities....someone who has compromised your account, Federal Employees Credit Union will not sympathize on your behalf! Even requesting to have a new debit card expedited for $35 it took about 3 days to a week to receive my card. I’ve always believed “to expedite” meant to speed up the process? And then when you finally have received it, you can’t help but to wonder what the $35 charge was for? My debit card has been hacked into many times and it was evident that I was not the one responsible, they continue to patronize you and display a condescending attitude! So, again, I am now facing the same issue/concern of my information being compromised again just by a different merchant! Preceding this transaction, my account was again compromised by Amazon amounts over $100 which were not authorized. I adhered to the procedures of reimbursement by, phone calls, filing the correct paperwork, sent emails which were ignored. I also sent emails to corporate offices of Amazon Even that the unauthorized charges were not authorized by me. It took three months before I got a response from Amazon. They eventually reimbursed the unauthorized charges after communicating with Jeff Lebos who is the CEO for Amazon. I assure you without my persistence, there wouldn’t have received my money back! I have been as patient and just ask to do what’s right and not to diminish Federal Employees Credit Unions reputation and integrity, I just wanted my money reimbursed as my income is solely from SSI Disability! Thank you! MB
