Traci at the branch on 20th St was amazing. She provided excellent customer service and helped us opened an account. I would definitely go back to this branch again because everyone was so welcoming and provided excellent customer service.

I thought Legacy was going to make managing my finances easier, but I keep having the same reoccurring issues. They will put a block on my card or block my account even when I am trying to load money on my card. I tried using the live chat and had to wait for over 30 minutes but still never received a response.

I would like to share a review that I was so deeply satisfied with. All the information I received about Legacy's patient/client care. Erika B. from the San Antonio, TX office was so helpful with all the questions I needed to get some care for my brother. She gave me a sense of ease and I am positive Legacy will provide great care and needs for him. I will be registering my brother to this company soon. Thank you Erika B. again for filling me in on the Respite Care Program Legacy has. You're a very caring person.

What a day! Went to several different places to get something notarized and I mean several. To no avail. Not only did Mr. James Cannon notarize but also went above and beyond for us. (I won’t go into embarrassing detail lol) Truly blessed us! Made our day better! 😊 Thank you

UPDATE 3/10/2026: Legacy reached out and refunded the fee I was charged to make the online payment. Updating from 1 star to 4 stars. Submitted my automatic loan payment paperwork a month ago only to find out it never got processed. As a result, I had to pay my February loan payment with a credit card online to avoid being late. And they still made me pay the $6 fee to pay online despite it being their fault they didn’t process my paperwork a month ago.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
