I wish I could give this place negative stars!!!!!! I have been a member with the credit union since I was 19 years old. I am 47 years old. I have never been treated so rudely and insignificant by people who have had my money for decades. Tammie Chafton would not give me a folder to put important papers in for my loan officer because I was closing on my first home. This was my first time having to do this and it was a bad experience on top of being nervous about the whole situation. I wish the lady who worked here before her will return because Tammie Chafton has no manners and she does not care about her loyal long time customers. I pay for those folders she would not give me. I am furious!!!!!!!!

I spoke to a rep on the phone 9/3/25 about investing some funds. The associate (Shana)was very helpful in recommending options. On the contrast was the associate at the Valleydale location. I went inside and asked for a manager, the first guy told me to wait one moment. Shortly after another associate walked up and I told her that I was waiting for a manager. She ignored my request and proceeded to log into her computer asking for my information. I informed her I wasn’t sure about how I wanted to use my funds, she responded by saying, “the funds won’t be available until next week and you can open a CD then.” I responded, I understand that but I had hopped to receive the same level of service, Shana provided me with on the phone. Her response, was well a manger would tell you the same thing. I have never felt so dismissed by a financial institution in my entire life. Her tone was very rude and condescending. All this while the manager was peeping around the corner. I guess he did not to do business with me. I have been a member of this bank for over 20 years. Next, time I will take the extra drive to Pelham.

Keith Thrasher and his team are amazing , I have banked with MSCU for almost 10 years and I must say that it has been the best experience. From the friendly service I received every time I entered the branch , their invested time , making sure you have all the information needed as it pertains to my various accounts , loans and etc . This team has been very patient, answered every question thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable whether I was opening personal accounts , estate accounts , getting their credit card or applying for loans . To go into an establishment with a family feel is an incredibly great feeling . If you are looking for a bank look no further, this is the place and this is the team !!

Very nonchalant attitude. Very slow with only one customer at the counter when I was in the drive through. Disrespectful.... No yes sir or no sir or thank you. Teller 0036 on 12/4/25

It's is more about the CU than the actual location but this CU sucks. Charges you to have an account every month. Doesn't support any type of money sending features like zelle cash app venmo. Waste of time putting my money in this CU please go somewhere else that has better benefits. I'll be looking for a better bank now. Just sucks.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
