Social security administration freezes debit cards and accounts during global pandemics. I admit I'm late on just one of my many accounts in good standing with them. Mind you I've never been this late ever in 18 years of doing business with them, however, it's not the best time to freeze up funds to a single mother of 3. Two of them teenage boys who are out of school until further notice. SSCU has normally been good for business but this is bad, insensitive, and nonresponsive to the COVID response I thought businesses were taking at this time to help families. I'll be seeking to bank elsewhere once I've paid off all my accounts. Please dont bank here if you can help it. Convenient but not compassionate at all to say the least. Congratulations! Youve made it! Your banking services and values are now on par with Regions BB&T Wells Fargo and the others👌 school from

All my encounters through over 30 years have been exceptional with all employees of this credit union.

I had some unknown person create a cash app on four occasions. It was treated as a joke. I did not create a cash app on this particular account. Majes me very suspicious. Could this be an inside job.

This is a horrible bank. They do not care for their customers or there conveince at all. To many rules not enough perks. No local office that u dont have to be searched and wait 30 min. Even to enter the bank.

Friendly staff who always take the time to help me. Anytime there us a problem they are always willing to go above and beyond to help solve it. The loan process is easy.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
