Every time I go into this branch with any requests I am met with terrible customer service. They are never helpful. 10/10 do not recommend. I feel sorry for the depot workers who use them.

Can’t ever get ahold of anyone on the phone. Each representative tells you different information. For example, I was told I had to come into a branch to open the Kasasa Saver account while another representative sent me the docusign paperwork and opened it over the phone.

Very unprofessional...drive thru is to slow 20 minutes to do a simple transaction is uncalled for.
