I'm going to start this off with a couple facts. I have had a very tough last couple of years, 2025 by far has been the worst. I lost my Uncle R in April to pancreatic cancer, he was one of my best friends, lost my job shortly after he passed. Had a Yukon Denali financed with CP stolen from Ross Bridge Birchall, insurance left a hefty chunk unpaid even though I was sure I had GAP, I mean I had the extended service plan and don't usually buy expensive vehicles without GAP, unfortunately I let some things slip, a $2000 personal loan from CP and the additional they tacked onto it for the remainder of the balance from my stolen Denali. I had another personal loan through CP for 10K, used my 2008 Tahoe as collaterl, had some fraud hit my bank account and let the $200 payment slip 3months; CP takes the Tahoe in the middle of the night. Mean while Uncle M is diagnosed with liver cancer, had to put down Hobbes, my American bulldog, my family and I raised from 7 weeks old until 11 years old, he would have been 12 in March of 2026, also cancer. Was evicted from my apartment in August and am still currently homeless. I lost my business in 2023 and it's just been a rough road since. It's been several months since the truck was collected, I had thousands of dollars worth of tools and personal effects in the truck. When the truck was taken I called the day of to find out what I had to pay to get it back and it was over $8,000.00 even though I owed $4100, she said I had to pay the balance of all three loans to get it back; once of them being the remainder of the stolen vehicle. At the time that was not possible, however she did give me the phone number to the repo man about my personal effects but they are gone. So then I called her back to find out what I owed them since the truck was auctioned off. The number was over 7k. They sold this Tahoe for $1400. Janet was cold as ice, rude, careless and just insulting. When I told her that I could have paid the $4100 she said "you couldn't even make your monthly payment" she has no idea what my family has gone through the last 2 years and she was judgmental, cold and heartless. She did not care about the tremendous losses we have had, then she couldn't even give me the auction grade, she said it was reported as beat up. I was offered $14,000.00 for that Tahoe in February, they auctioned it off for $1,400.00. I had a real appraisal done on the vehicle last year and with the customization and documented routine maintenance, upkeep and service. Was told I could sell it for at least $12,000. If you read this take a look at the photos and tell me if $1,400.00 is a fair price. In fact see if you can find a 2008 Tahoe for $1,400.00 tuned with 372hp and the torque, active fuel management tuned out so all 8 cylinders rocking all the time. Janet's attitude and lack of empathy for a family going through what we have been through was just sad. I will pray for her, because she either hates her job, hates people, or is just cold.

Relative, has accounts here, only here as driver of car. As per my relative, if I want to buy a car or something major, they have great interest rates for borrowers.

I’ve been a member with Coosa pines for 3 years now and I just had a wonderful experience that confirms why they are the best. I was serviced with Genita the member service representative. When my mom and I walked in I could tell she is a wonderful Christian woman. Her office was so decorated with lovely scriptures and everything was so nice and need. She helped me move money from my savings into a new CD. She was quick to tell me the summer deals they had. She educated me on understanding more about my CD I had not know! When you go to Coosa Pines ask for Genita!! You won’t be disappointed!!! ☺️

They lie, steal and cheat. Slowest credit union ever so ridiculous bank tellers are not trained to do anything but cash a check everything else you have to sit and wait a ridiculous amount of time for a simple password change. Ridiculous when the atm clearly states it will take 1 business day to recieve funds but they hold the funds for 3 or more business days. They caused me to starve for 3days and not make rent. Would of NEVER cashed my check if you were going to hold my funds for that long... thanks for lying, stealing, and cheating me... even 3 business days later after you responded I still don't have my funds you are liars. Unhonest people
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
