They need to change their closing time to 4:30. We arrived at 4:33 and were not allowed in. Internet says 9 to 5.

I'm not sure why there's all these reviews saying how "rude" the people are at this bank. I've been with this bank since 2003 and I've never had an issue. They've always went above and beyond to take care of me. These are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Both at the Courtland branch and at the Decatur branch. My guess is the negative reviews are from people who got turned down for a loan or something because they had a non existent credit score. Or, they went in with an attitude to begin with and made demands. My point is, don't let these negative reviews deter you from using this credit Union. Try it for yourself, be nice and you'll have a great experience. Thank you to Regzey, Teresa, Nancy, and all of the others who have been so good to me over the years. You are all number 1 for me!
