Extremely impressed with Contact Center Rep Stephanie Mann's service and follow through. She was one of the most pleasant phone reps I can remember speaking to in ages. She remembered to follow through with rolling over a few certificates a few weeks after we spoke because she knew I would be out of town and unable to handle myself. As a 20 year employee of a competing credit union, I know Stephanie's type of superb service can be tough to find. Thank you very much!

I used to like All in but now I don't care for it anymore. The workers always make a mistake and never corrected by the bank manager in Daleville. Even if the bank manager have a meeting with the tellers about making sure if a customer want a certified check to always put it in the system as a certified check and not a withdrawal. This issue has been going on for a long time and it is very annoying. It's like the tellers don't own up to their mistakes and do better. They really have to train those tellers to do better. If they don't like their job and can't provide better customer service then they don't need to be working there!

I live out of state and was visiting FT Rucker and needed to add an account. Stopped in the Daleville office and was assisted immediately. The very nice representative adjusted my account quickly and efficiently.

Branch refused to let me deposit a $500 check I received from my sister. First teller started asking me 20 questions and said I didn’t have a history of making large deposits and it was All In’s policy. Told them I had history of depositing checks multiple times a year well over $12k look it up. I’ve been a customer for over 4.5 years and they have always been a hassle. Asked to close my account and I was told couldn’t without Manager approval and non were available. Was made to wait for near 20 minutes to close my accounts. Will never do business with All In again for ANYTHING!

Came in at about 9 30 am Sept. 16th to cash in some coins. Phil was at the counter and was the best customer service rep I've experienced in a while. He was courteous and very welcoming!!
