Worst credit union around. Dont help with issues. Tellers and managers are both useless. And then tried to hold a check and blamed us for a payment being late. Dont recommend.

Love this branch! Went in Saturday and was able to go right up to one of the tellers. She was very helpful in getting my debit card issue straightened out. Most banks are not open on Saturday and the ones that are rarely have enough employees. FSCU has always done a great job with customer service whether it is in the branch or thru the in app messaging.

Family Security Credit Union failed to update my address and then reported my auto loan as 30 days late, which dropped my credit score by more than 100 points. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. §1681s-2), furnishers of credit information are required to ensure the accuracy and integrity of what they report. Despite documented proof—including call records and an email from the original loan officer confirming the date I provided—Family Security Credit Union refused to correct their mistake. This error occurred while I was in the middle of securing another loan to cover bills and medical expenses for my daughter. Their inaction caused me to lose financing opportunities and suffer measurable financial and emotional harm. The branch leadership demonstrated clear negligence and disregard for basic professional standards. After 15 years in customer service, I’ve never experienced this level of indifference to a customer’s situation.

Have been at this bank my whole life. Everybody is helpful an quick to help except for one of the loan officers I won’t mention. Really rude, raising her voice at me when I ask a simple question in regards to getting my Loan process started. Not helpful at all. Left in frustration to her treating me like lesser than her and not having my questions answered.

Unable to withdrawal my money, when I asked why I was simply told to "wait." After three hours and being repeatedly told to wait I was told to return "later." I've tried three days now.
