I 100% do not recommend this place. They will discriminate you from opening an account. Teach your bank tellers not to be prejudice like Caitlin

I have done numerous business with solutions first over the past year. From checking/savings to auto loans they pretty much can do it all. I called and did an application over the phone and within 30 mins I went and signed paperwork and bought my new car. They are always friendly and offer the best customer service. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic, Caring customer service ! This company has been around over 50 years and is easy to work with. They are getting ready to expand with a new branch in Ozark in 2021. Recent upgrades to mobile banking, online services are great. Yet small enough to treat members with courtesy and respect ! I highly recommend them.

The group at Solutions First were very helpful in financing a car I’ve wanted all my life. Once we got that done they called and offered to refinance my other two vehicles saving me a bunch on interest. Nothing but good things to say about them. I’d highly recommend them for your financial needs.

As a military family we have banked across the United States. Solutions First Credit Union outshines other financial institutions by providing one on one, personal service and taking the stress out of day-to- day life; letting you focus on the important stuff, like spending time with family dining out, shopping, or paying for those important things like class rings, soccer fees, wedding announcements, to name a few! Highly recommend for your everyday banking, CDs, Money Markets, IRAs and competitive loan rates! The staff is very knowledgeable and will help make your experience pleasant and rewarding!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
