While in the process of paying off a vehicle, we dealt with Kimberly. I understand everyone has a job to do, but there is a way to treat people and a way not too. We spoke to her several times on the phone, before coming into the bank. She acted as if she was 10 feet tall and bullet proof, was very belittling, and acted as if it was a bother when we had questions about the process. Not demonstrating the values of Nucor. Working in the community and a job with people person skills are not for everyone, and that’s okay, but maybe that’s something she should have took into consideration before working at a bank. No matter the circumstances, you always should treat people with basic respect, and common Courtesy. We were not very pleased, and do not plan to bank with NECU, anymore.

Obviously part of this was my fault as I didn't read the entire sign that states: NUCOR "then in small letters "Employees credit union" So I just thought anyone could use it but it was probably more helpful to ppl that worked for nucor so I went in asking the lady at the counter "hi my buddy has a truck loan through yall and is debating selling it and since the loans already here and I've been wanting to switch to a credit union what all is required for me to open a account and see about taking over his loan? She asks if I work with nucor or my family does I say no mam and she tells me it's only for nucor employees I said oh ok sorry about that thanks and as I get to the door to walk out this b!÷
