Whomever is answering the phones here are really rude. I called with a simple question and she made me feel really dumb just by her tone. Maybe need to do some ethics training…

I have banked here for over 10 years, and have done a lot of business with them. I have borrowed and paid back in full a few times. However, after going in on Thursday and being treated like I could not afford what I was approved to do was so frustrating.( I am a b rating with them) Mrs. Mooney was very rude and kept implying that the loan may not be for me, after I stated concern over closing out account that would change my utilization score.(she said I might over exert myself) I was already on edge as I always deal with the same people who have been great over the years, and she said well you can deal with someone else if you want. Then she went on to look over my current loans and say I see where you have got late fees, do you need me to move the date around? Not in a helpful way, then I went on to ask questions to understand the terms and she ignored me. I just sat in awkward silence. I then asked to speak with her immediate supervisor, who showed no empathy or affirmation about my issue. I honestly feel that she treated me this way unfortunately because I am black. It is sad, but this is the feeling I was left with. It’s not what we say, but simply how we say it.

One of the best banks I have dealt with. The staff are always so friendly and helping. Plus they have great rates on loans.
