John Vickers account specialist, went above and beyond normal customer service. He gave us strength, and confidence with the resolution of our sons estate financial matters. We were blessed to have met with him during this difficult period. Redtone Federal Credit union is a wonderful place to handle your financial needs. ☘️

John Vickers had exceptional personal skills! Our son had just passed away and he went above to help us through setting up an Estate Checking Account. Great experience we endured during our time of need!

The only bank I know where, despite banking with them for multiple years and even having a credit card with them, they’ll hold you accountable for obvious fraud activity and refuse to reverse any transactions before their “120 days restriction.” Usually, if someone tells you they didn’t charge a particular amount on their account while blatant evidence someone has hacked them is unfolding in real time during a call to their contact center, and an agent even goes as far as to agree with the fraudulent activity transpiring being such, then that money should be refunded back to the customer, yes? Well, not according to Redstone. Not sure what kind of predatory policies they have in place, but run while you still can! Now I have to come off of several hundred dollars I never spent, basically giving the fraudster a slap on the wrist at my expense. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied, would never again bank with this establishment.

I was forced to open an account through a nationwide rewards program. The rewards program terminated, and the account is now charging me fees. It should've been closed and my balance sent to me. I could never get through to customer service. Now my account balance is eaten up in fees. Bankers are always going to be bankers. Update: Redstone called me from seeing my online 1/5 star review and proactively addressed all of my concerns. She reversed my fees and issue me a check for my balance. I guess credit unions are better than banks. I would highly recommend RFCU based on this experience! Thank you!

I have a long history with Redstone, more than 20 years. For the most part, I don't have major problems conducting my banking there. The one exception is their telephone customer service reps. The one I spoke to today sounded like she crawled out of a refrigerator box underneath the overpass on I-565. You can spot the ones who won't be helpful, even before they are not helpful. Sure enough...she was of the "cain't do nuthin" variety. How about stepping it up, Redstone? Hire better.
