Worst bank ever would not recommend to anyone. I have been with them for 5 years and have had nothing but problems. My wife lost her job I have 4 kids and got behind on bills and have pleaded to these people that we needed help. What do they do come and repo my wife Yukon we never fell behind on payments unless it was their system not pulling the money from our account. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! They will screw you to no end and bring a family to theirs knees. Nothing just Christian’s work in this place and still get treated this way.

I banked here for about 10 years. My grandfather set me up an account here. Their online portal never worked. I went 3 different times in person and they could never help me get my online bank account to work. I had to switch banks over it. I put all my money into another account for a few years before finally closing this one. The lady didn't even care to ask why I closed or keep me as a customer. When I was younger the tellers laughed at me for bringing in my tip money from my job I had saved up over a few months. Insinuating I was a stripper. I went in for a credit card with a cosigner to get my first credit card. They would not give me one. I had quit a bit of money in my account at the time. So I had money to pay off a card. Got a card with capital one instead. I was approved and built my credit that way. This bank has always been the old people bank to me. If you like showing up in person and not having your id checked to verify your account and slow lines. This is for you.

Thank God for Kelly Johnson and Abby Newby at Rocket City Federal Credit Union on Clinton Ave. These were the sweetest and most helpful people during my visit today; however, my experience today was the complete opposite of my encounter with the two aforementioned ladies! This location is listed as a Co-op shared branch on ASECU’s website and they should be able to see all the information that an ASECU employee can see. This, apparently, was not the case, and Rocket City Federal Credit Union could not see what ASECU or Avadian could see. Rocket City Federal Credit Union was not able to complete my transaction due to this matter. In addition to this inconvenience, there was an employee who raised her voice across two teller windows to say “ She was just in here at Kathy’s window trying to do the same thing”. She has no idea what I was trying to do and she was ignorant to the fact that I was making a different transaction than theprevious one I was attempting to make when I was at Kathy’s window. This individual is very unprofessional and makes Rocket City Federal Credit Union on Clinton Ave look incompetent and incapable of delivering quality customer service to the people of Huntsville. I left this location and went to Avadian, where my transaction was completed in under five minutes and without any individual raising their voice across two teller windows. I wish there was an option of less than one star that I could give to this Rocket City Federal Credit Union location.
