I have been a member of this credit union since 1989. I have a direct deposit every week, I applied for a loan in the amount of 1,200 and I asked that they take the loan payment out every week and Dough said 25.00 a week will pay it out early. I did the paperwork and keep in mind, I have $3,800 a month going into that account. I turned in the paperwork and in 5 minutes I received a denial letter from Brian. Didn't say well let's start out with a 500.00. I told Brain this isn't the credit union for me. Applied with Navy Federal and they helped me out.

We have used the credit union for many years. By being a single location they can give you that personal service that each person deserves.

So far so go good! Nice employees, I've been with them for years. I wish they had a mobile app, better website you can do more on, and atms.... but they are a small company. All and all I'm satisfied, they just need to modernize their business more.

As an SD70 ACe, it's important for me to have the right credit union. And this one sure makes my engine purr and keeps me washed

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff on the phone and in person! From the front of the building all the way to the back of the building! I've been with RFCU since 2013 and they are something to talk about! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
