Marvie Summers went above and beyond helping me understand my account transactions. She showed so much patience in helping me, the experience was very professional. After completing the checking transactions, I proceeded to the teller window. The second person I interact with Shari Young. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and friendly. It took me a minute to locate my money to post my transaction but she waited patiently on me. Most bank teller and account clerks don't take the time to wait on you to dive down in your purse to find your money. These two exemplifies professional and friendly service to a very needed senior citizen. Thank you!

My husband and I went to New Horizons Credit Union. We were greeted with kindness by Ms. Marvie Summers. She is so kind and so informative. She assisted my husband and I with an account that will help us into our future investments. She answered all our questions and explained everything so eloquently. If you need any help , asked Ms. Summers. She is an excellent representative to come to speak too.

Miss Summers is a very nice lady. She took the time out to help me. I didn’t have to wait. We started explaining the situation to me and My Mom and she brought us in her office and she went over my account and she got started immediately and she took care of business. She had a pleasant attitude. She was just very kind and very nice for everything that she did and I overly rate her she should be a tan instead of a fly And I’m the mom and she’s a 12 and she deserve nothing but the best we enjoyed it I was just sitting here just waited and thank you for bringing someone in the office like that because we couldn’t did it by ourselves, so may God continue to bless you as well as Miss Summers in the name of Jesus Amen.

Winston at the Airport location was so great and patient with us considering all the business banking needs we had . He was thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate his attention to detail. His personality made the visit pleasant. I am glad we are members.
