I have been a member for about 25 years. The staff is an amazing group of ladies. I have peace knowing that my financial institution is there for me when I am in need. I have thought about switching since I live in Baldwin County but I made the decision that I don't want to be a number. I enjoy being a customer where they know my name when I walk in.

Having been a member for more than 20 years, I believe them to be the finest financial institution in town, and certainly the finest that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend that anyone who can become a member, make it so. I cannot overstate how many times the credit union has come to my aid in my hour of need. They are definitely the best.

I like the Credit Union, and the employees are always helpful. I just wish some of the services were a little more up to date. The ATM service is atrocious. I live in Semmes, and there are no ATM's in this area on their network. It cost $4.00 to get money conveniently. Then the credit union charges an additional fee for going outside the network. I've been with them ten years and no attempt has been made to to remedy this. The closest ATM is the Credit Union on Hillcrest. A twenty five minute ride.

Debbie is the only bad part about this bank. She has an inability to admit her mistakes and quite frankly should not be customer facing. She’s been incorrect multiple times and has made multiple visits infuriating for me and others I know. USA Federal deserves better and so do their customers.

I love this bank but I hate their online banking process. If I enter my password in incorrectly just ONCE, it will not let me in at all. I need to check my account and I can't. Also if you forget your pin to your card, you have to wait till office hours to call, which by the way, they send you a new card that you have to wait two weeks for. ITS OVER COMPLICATED. Also I moved states, asked if I could still bank with them they said yes, come to find out when I called to change my address, they informed me that I have to do it in person. I live 6 hours away and work 6 days a week from 7-6. They have been the least accommodating people I have ever met. It's extremely frustrating that I can't get to MY MONEY!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
