Virginia Carothers is fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Virginia as my loan officer, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and always took the time to answer my questions with patience and clarity. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to help. Virginia "Jeannie" Carothers is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. I went to this location due to Mrs. Monique not being in at the Marvin location. Jeannie was the person I dealt with via email she told me she could not process anything loan wise until I brought my title in. I did that once I brought it in. She still wouldn't process the loan. At this point I made an appointment with Monique at the Marvin location. That following week Jeannie emailed stating she could process the loan and I declined. I said I would be in to pick my title up that evening. I was unable to make it in. Without contacting me she mailed my title out and didn't even have the audacity to let me know. I made a wasted trip to find out my title had been mailed out. This compamy needs to get rid of anyone like Jeannie she is not a good person and doesn't do well at her job. I honestly can't believe that she would be this unprofessional. I love the Marvin location but this location needs some help with this specific employee.

I must give a 5 Star rating to Ms. Katrina at the Four Seasons Marvin Pkwy branch. Ms. Katrina was Patient, Pleasant and an Angel. She answered all of my questions…And there were MANY. Never once did she seem irritated. Not only did Ms. Katrina answer my questions, she explained the answers completely. Good customer service appears to be a thing of the past however, Ms. Katrina exemplifies Good Customer Service. Thank You Ms. Katrina for your help. Big Kudos To You, Tangie L

When visiting yes they are friendly and Courteous but the app does nothing really for you can’t get information about your account no nothing and I called three times and couldn’t talk to no one
