I’m not a member but my husband was, well in their eyes,I suppose, he still is.even though he died almost a year ago. He was approved for his truck loan through this branch. They refuse to transfer the loan into my name, even though I’m the one making the payments.Their reason is my name wasn’t on account. The only reason he had a 5 dollar savings account was because it was necessary in order to be a member. We both bank/banked at Wells Fargo. They have his death certificate on file and are well aware of the situation. If I need to sell vehicle it will be a huge hassle now because they said they will not turn the title over to me. They will “mail title to address on file”. I dread every month going in to make a payment because it always flags the account as being under deceased name and they have to have a manager okay it.

I have had 2 auto loans with family savings thus far and could not be more pleased with the customer service I have received from Rakall Plunkett and Jeff Barrett. They both actually care about the person on the other end of the phone. Rakall asks about my babies each time I speak with her. They have both gone the extra mile to help me. My husband and I will be moving our accounts here due to the outstanding customer service we have been provided. You have a very valuable asset in these two employees. Thanks again for treating us as more than just a number.

They apparently don’t have phones at this branch anymore.. I called on Saturday and waited on the line for close to an hour, No Answer. Reached out Monday and still no answer.

Do not expect expedient and/or customer first service from this credit union. They are going to manipulate your deposit for their own interest whilst placing you in a hardship. Your best bet is to avoid financial dealings with them all together.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
Your deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 per account category by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
