For the past 12 years, Listerhill helped me with my meager income and bad credit. They took a risk with me when I had a huge loan from a Payday Lender. Listerhill lightened my debt, while giving me a loan on a car. I couldn't wait to pay them back for the kindness they had shown me. They have been so patient with me. I'm not going anywhere else. The Sheffield branch, the Muscle Shoals branch, and the Russellville branch have all been so helpful to me. I Highly recommend them as a financial institution. They're great!

I have a loan with Listerhill and the service over the phone is second to none in these United States of America 🇺🇸!!! Love these folks it’s so easy to make payments and loans. I’m not a robot and I’m not receiving any compensation to say the truth lol

I used Listerhill in the past (2004 for an auto loan) and I was very pleased with the service I received. I applied online for a used vehicle loan this year (2021) and was called and asked to come into the branch to finalize the transaction. My credit score as I write this review is 806 - Listerhill denied a $5k loan because the vehicle I was going to purchase had too many miles on it according to them. I went over to Alabama Central CU in Muscle Shoals and was approved pretty much immediately with a lower interest rate than what Listerhill was offering. Sometimes bad news turns good - my credit score proves that I’ve never defaulted on a loan and at least ACCU saw that. I will not use Listerhill in the future unless it is for shared branching to save a trip across town.

I've had listerhill for almost 6yrs... This by far the worst I have seen them. My accounts have been closed on many occasions with my knowledge with no one notifying my because of "fraud" even though their fraud department says they did (yes they all of my contact information correct). I've had payments on my loan come up missing with the lady in their collection department questioning me why havent I paid yet then, hanging up on me... Honestly at this point its bad enough I cant wait to get rid of them and if anyone is starting a class action lawsuit against let me know I'll be the first in line.

Without any doubt, Listerhill Credit Union at both the Russellville and Sheffield locations have been remarkable experiences. Whether for general, and normal, banking services such as Checking, Shares, or Loans, my personal accounts have been well cared for. When a problem occurred with my debit card, it was immediately resolved. The overall service has been exceptional. As the son of a banker, I understand some of the complexities of banking. I expect that computers do help; but always, glitches do sometimes occur. Thanks for the outstanding service.
