The staff have Attitudes on phone. I believe that is not the way to win people and greet people that could put money into credit union.

They are the absolute worst I took my daughter to set up an account on May 9th and now it’s May 23rd still no debit card. I took her to check on it and Marie claimed to have ordered one expedited saying she will have to pay $45 still no card. Not to mention she is full of lies and do not know her job.

The staff is VERY professional and courteous. It's very convenient to have a credit union on the VA campus

Recently, I experienced the worst customer service at Tuscaloosa VA Federal Credit Union (VA Site). I’m still waiting for a card that was supposedly requested 1month ago. The staff will not return phone calls to follow-up with issues, and avoid “speaking“ with you to address problems. Prior to 2023, and for 30 years, I bragged about the wonderful staff, and exceptional customer service I received. However, the current employees (tellers, card services staff, etc.) are unprofessional, and seem to have poor communication skills and work ethics. Mr. CEO and COO, please review the daily operations, and work processes at your financial institution.

My husband banks with this credit union, during a busy busy weekend such as Labor Day, we can't pay some of our bills because the system is down and the ATM won't let us withdraw nothing more than a 100 bucks. This is flat out ridiculous!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
