We own several small businesses, and with that comes stress and chaos at times. The staff at VCU have always been calming and helpful at every turn. We are thankful for the many locations in the Shoals, as well as, the needs of our banking always being met with top notch satisfaction. I would not hesitate today, tomorrow, or in the future to continue using Valley Credit Union as our community bank. They are all wonderful.

Lori Siefman was amazing to work with. I am Deaf, and she knows American Sign Language, which made communication clear and comfortable. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to refinance my car loan and left the bank feeling relieved and very happy. I’m truly grateful for her support. ❤️
