I seem to always have a good/well experience whenever I visit. The tellers/management are all kind and do their best to help you & explain or clear up any concerns/confusions. My recent visit - I was actually looking into financing and the Regional Rep Abi Smith was filling in at the time and she did wonderful assisting me throughout the whole process. She made it quite quick and smooth - it was a quiet day and she was just very attentive towards explaining the process and details. Thank you Credit Union 1 Abbott

Briahna at Credit Union 1 was absolutely fantastic to work with. She made the entire auto loan process quick, easy, and stress-free. Her communication was clear, she stayed on top of everything, and I felt supported from start to finish. I highly recommend working with Briahna if you’re looking for a smooth and efficient loan experience.

This company will take interest payments over the protection of their members by delaying lost card cancelation over address confirmation. They would totally send the new card to an address not on the account. How this is ethical I have no idea but fraudsters are going to have a hay day when they realize this hole in security. A new card should never be allowed to be mailed to any address not already listed on the account as well as the card should have been immediately canceled not wait a day to confirm an address. 1 day is all it took to cost me $1600. CU1 will happily mail the cards to any address provided. No security with this financial institution and I have also had issues in the past with them charging extra to my loans when there was no reason; after 2 weeks of figuring out they were wrong for adding the extra amount to the balance; they did not repay the 2 weeks of interest accrued off of the higher balance amount. They took off the added amount to the balance, but they kept the extra interest on an unfounded balance increase as interest is charged daily. I have moved all my loans to other institutions and will use this institution even less in the future. Very predatorial.

A very predatory institution. This bank has ruined me financially and most certainly destroyed my trust in all American financial institutions. The interest rates are ridiculous and once I pay off this car, I'm done with any form of loan. Good job CU1!

I'd rate you guys 5 stars x4, for all 3 of my vehicle loans with y'all, and maxing my credit limit. I started with you guys back in 2014 when my credit was a 480 at best with about 12 collections from being young and dumb. You guys worked with me. Because of that I never missed a payment, I got smart and learned how to make deals with collection agencies to remove negative marks off my credit. Fast forward to now.... My credit is near perfect at 800. I just closed on a my third vehicle loan with you guys, Toyota complimented you guys saying they talk to banks all day and how easy it was working with you, how they like how you guys advocate for your clients(you guys have my back!) and he said CU1 was one of the best banks he worked with. You guys helped me carry over my line of credit from American Express. I hate them. But I have a good limit and didn't want the closing to effect my score so you guys helped me meet my goal and now I can close my account with them and not be robbed of interest anymore. The dealer fiance manager even said they can't come close to the interest I got from y'all. I had nothing but good experiences with you guys since 2014. I'm a life long member. I'm so loyal because you guys offered the tools and advice that helped me get to where I'm at now. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I understand y'all are a smaller banking company. I love that. Yes sometimes hold times are a little long however I get that same treatment as the person before me. Kindness, fairness, I don't feel rushed... It's quality. I'm a Operations Manager for a big company now. EVERY business is experiencing short staffing and it's hard finding quality employees. Trust me I know. All is good! One Love! Check out my new ride!
