While I don’t have the highest opinion of Global for as long as I’ve been a customer, KaoXeng gave me and my partner amazing service today. I can’t express how long of a way it goes when a representative gives superior service and wonderful assurances. Leadership team, please give her this recognition when you can. Thank you!

By far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. They provide misinformation about liens and fail to release titles on time. I’ve now had to reschedule the sale of my car twice because of their delays. Customer service is unhelpful, and there’s no way to directly reach the loans department by email.

Don't bank here. When you pay off a vehicle they never send a title. Give you the runaround and don't give you any answers.

The Garbage Bank is by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is atrocious—they don’t listen, take forever to resolve issues, and are consistently dishonest. Back in December 2022, I decided to close my secured credit card account, for which I had deposited $500. I went to the bank in person and requested to close the account and receive my $500 back. However, they refused to return my money immediately, claiming it would take three days to process. When I asked why it couldn’t be done right away, the employee simply said it wasn’t possible and required additional time. To make matters worse, the employee also closed my checking account, charging a penalty because I had only maintained $1,500 instead of depositing more money as per their policy. Essentially, they penalized me for them using my money for years, without offering any compensation in return. Now, more than two years later, I still have not received my $500 from the credit card. I’ve called and written to them multiple times, only to be told the check was sent to me. When I informed them I never received any check, they provided no resolution. My attorney even contacted them, demanding they return my money with interest for the time they held it, but the bank still failed to respond appropriately. When I requested a copy of the check they supposedly sent, they ignored me. It’s unimaginable that a bank could treat its customers so poorly. If you value your money and peace of mind, steer clear of this institution at all costs!
