Sure there's only one location in FNSB, so the wait times are slightly higher, but I've always had really great experiences with staff no matter if it's car loans, credit cards, personal banking, or any other form of consultation. Over the years they've been really helpful with more complex issues as well: giving me a certified payoff letter for my vehicle when the title was lost in the mail and I needed it for a total loss collection, changing account information within the app, moving funds around between my credit card and checking account where there had been errors, quick and painless dispute resolution with a stolen card, and they've always helped in a very quick manner as well. I'm glad the customer focus is certainly present, and from what I can tell they often hire folks who enjoy their work.

Sadie and Jozette were AMAZING with my home refinance. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond with everything, and it was fast, from start to finish it was around 45 days! I’ve used Mac for auto loans in the past, and I will continue to use Mac for both my home and auto loans in the future. Everything about applying for loans with Mac is so much of a smoother process!

I applied for a mortgage and submitted all the required documents. The loan officer completely ghosted me. Stopped picking up her phone, stopped responding to emails. Extremely unprofessional and disappointed. The kicker is they ran my credit while still ignoring me, what was the point of that? Take your money elsewhere.

Ashley W. is the best financial services officer. She took care of everything she possibly could when purchased our vehicle from out of state. Her knowledge of the process made our experience phenomenal. She is extremely friendly and was very understanding throughout our search. She is who I will ask for everytime.
