Made $120,000 last year with a high credit score. Brought in my w2 and loan information. The meeting lasted thirty seconds. Have been at my job for one year and asked if we could do business she said "no" to that direct question. Happy to pay my interest to someone else. Its shame because I've paid off every loan I my life early. Everyone recommended this bank but I have rarely been more disappointed. I guess that's their policy.

One star is far more then they deserve. I have used this branch for shared banking a dozen or so times in the last couple years and every time they have different rules and requirements. Yesterday I was able to pull 1k from my account but today they told me the daily limit is 500, which is contrary to every other visit I've made to this branch. When I told the teller that I had planned on opening an account there but had changed my mind because they couldn't keep thing straight the manager gave me back my ID and told me they wouldn't serve me. I left without objection, never raising my voice or lashing out and proceeded to use the atm. The manager followed me out and told me she was having me removed from shared banking. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst experience I've ever had w a bank, and I used to use wells fargo. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.

While depositing cash into this locations ATM I had an issue that was left unresolved. I deposited my cash into the ATM when prompted, only for when I completed depositing all the bills for it to then spit them back out, all but one $100 bill. I went into the location within the next week due to it being closed at the time of the incident and spoke to an employee. I was told that they had heard something from their manager about the ATM being off by $100 but to come back again soon I left them with my name and number and was on my way thinking I may actually receive my money back. I went in again within another 3 days only to be told by the same employee that he was simply mistaken the ATM was never off by $100 and there was nothing to be done about the situation. This was more than a year ago but I have never forgotten this inconvenience and have never deposited cash into an ATM since nor have or will ever return to this specific location, I personally feel there is a chance my money was pocketed

I have been a member since I was 16 years old and I would recommend this bank to absolutely everyone. My children will be getting bank accounts here. Not only do they have extremely amazing customer service, but they honestly helped me out in a way that you don’t think a typical bank would. Other bank Usually they don’t seem to have a heart when it comes to needing help with what life throws at you. This could not be more different for MVFCU. And I want to say Christine in particular is just the most amazing woman who is always there to just help and I mean genuinely help. You can just tell she actually cares and that is something you don’t get much these days.

Good at answering my questions. Clean well lit easy layout in lobby. Sometimes long but average waits. Good customer service. Convenient locations with parking lot. App for smartphone.
