Called in to discuss charges to my account. All I wanted to know is what is the process regarding the pending and money thats available. I know the amount that I was able to use was the top amount and the pending was already deducted. But there was an amount unaccounted for. All the lady had to do was hear me out and let me explain but she kept cutting me off. "What you see is what I see, what you see is what i see" I told her i know that but im asking about something specific. I had my numbers ready to explain to her..she could have helped me to understand but just kept cutting me off and talking to me like i was dumb. I asked her to let me speak but she just kept cutting me off. So I told her she was being rude and if I could speak with someone else. She said in a snarky voice "im not being rude, im not being rude" I said yes you are please can I talk to someone else. She put me on hold, told me that someone would call me back. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME DEALING WITH THIS WOMAN. THERE ARE OTHERS THAT SPOKE OF THE SAME PERSON BEING RUDE AND SHORT WITH THEM. EVERYTIME WE CALL I ALWAYS HOPE I DONT GET HER AS THE PERSON TO "HELP"

I just started doing business with them via an auto loan. I am less than impressed with their customer service. Although it hasn't been bad enough (for me) to warrant a 1 star - I can see some of these reviews being accurate. Their staff is just kinda...."snarky." I definitely won't be bringing my banking business over to them. And yes - $10 to make a payment via a debit card etc is ridiculous.

I've been with this bank since 1999. Sometimes having my whole paycheck directly deposited, but most of the time just having enough directly deposited to keep the account open. I've experienced rude tellers, slow service and even theft from one of the drive through tellers that tried to keep 100.00 bucks from me. And why does it take 45 minutes sitting on hold to get a customer service member? Do you need to hire more employees? Also, put some type of music on instead of listening to the cut off messages that aren't completing. As I'm typing this review I've been on hold for 43 minutes!!! DO BETTER!!!!

This bank is the worst in town. They were a great bank several years ago but now it’s so bad that it feels like a dreadful chore having to stop by there. Wait times are long and bank services are awful.

$10 convenience fee for online payments through a bank transfer is insane. They lure you in with low interest rates and then get you with additional fees. I should've used my own credit union, since they don't charge a fee for the convience of paying them. Not even national banks, which supposedly nickel and dime you worse than credit unions, will charge you a flat $10 fee to pay your loan online. Smells of a for-profit business masquerading as a credit union.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
