Over the past four years, I have had the pleasure of working with Falisha Ellis at Pinal County Federal Credit Union in Casa Grande, Arizona, and I cannot say enough positive things about her. Falisha consistently demonstrates an outstanding work ethic, professionalism, and genuine care for the people she serves. On multiple occasions, she has gone above and beyond to assist me during times when I truly needed guidance and support. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help make every interaction a positive experience. She takes the time to ensure concerns are addressed thoroughly and always makes customers feel valued and respected. Falisha is a remarkable individual and an exceptional employee. She is one of the main reasons I continue to bank at this location, and I am incredibly grateful for her dedication and service.Pinal County Federal Credit Union is very fortunate to have her on their team. Miranda was especially great at customer service. She communicated often to check in to make sure the process of our loan was going as scheduled, She was honest about the numbers from the beginning and held to those numbers ( unlike other companies we also got bids from). Pleasant and easy transaction from start to finish. I great job overall.

Anytime I go in to Pinal County Federal Credit Union, I am greeted by the tellers who are always so happy to help. I went in today during lunch time and there was the usual lunch time rush. With a line of about 8-10 people, V was the only teller but she did absolutely amazing. She got through the line quickly and the best part was that she took time to interact with every person she helped. I heard as she told someone she was helping that she just recently got promoted to teller supervisor and I can totally see why. I highly recommend this credit union, they have the most amazing staff!

6th Instance of Insufficient service. I was just informed from the loan officer herself that my credit account was never updated, leading to over 15 months of overcharged interest, denied account upgrades and no incentive for the mishandling of my account. I asked to speak to the Branch Manager and the Loan Officer to seek explanation in detail of how my account was not properly looked after within thier systems. I was told an update had prevented my upgrade, but was not given an answer when I asked if they intended to check on all account status after such a big system update. I also received no answer when I pointed out that my upgrade had a review date and that shouldn't there have been an overview to ensure my account is progressing in the manner I was informed it would. The only answer I received in the presence of The Branch Manager was " WE JUST DONT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO LOOK OVER EVERY SINGLE ACCOUNT" I informed both The Loan Officer and The Branch Manager it was unacceptable and that we would close our accounts. We will however share this story with everyone we can because we do not wish this amount of stress, disregard and low quality of service for any family, or individual who is seeking peace of mind and security for the hard earned money they place in the hands of this poorly managed institution. **DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!** **WARNING!!!** This is the 5th instance this bank has failed to notify me of situations concerning my cards/account. I have been waiting 2 months for a new debit card, no updates no information on where it is or what might have went wrong. I was told to order a new one and could after 24hrs after placing order I could use the app to pay, but this intitution denied every payment due to not having a physical card, after I was instructed to do so by said institution. I have had patience, this current issue along with 3 instances of system breaches that resulted in the cancelation of my cards, agian with out notice; I have decided to leave this bank. **DO NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO LACK OF CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS** (old post)Recently I had a malfunction at the ATM onsite. When i reached out, i was quoted a period of 7-10 business days resolve the issue. I waited 30 days before I got any update. I was given the impression that my requests were of no concern given that I had been told 7-10 business everytime I reached out for an update, this includes day 30 when I gently reminded them I had put in the complaint 4 weeks prior. I was then told to check back in the next 3 days, and when I followed up, was told my money had been replaced the day I made the last call, and was never notified the day of, nor the following 2 days. institution does not handle well it's obligations to inform or adequately maintain information towards its clients when issues arise within its own operations. You will not be informed of status should you seek any resolve for issues you may have. As a client I would not recommend this institution as it creates greater stress over financial security when it comes to your right to be informed about your own investment/money. *DO NOT RECOMMEND ** ** WARNING **
