I needed to get a new debit card because mine was shut down for fraud so I had to go into the branch. My teller was so nice and helpful, she asked me which design I wanted and had my new card in a couple minutes. After setting my pin, she suggested I stop at the ATM outside and do a balance check to make sure my PIN attached itself to my new card and said to wave at her (it was now a couple minutes after close and she had to look the door) and she would assist me further. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but the date was 12/16/25 and she was on the far right corner.

Staff is amazing and courteous. Always polite and understanding. On my most recent visit I took my five-year-old with me. They were even more amazing with him. It feels nice to walk into a place and have the warm welcome that you do when you walk in the first credit union. Everybody just makes you feel like they care. Which is what the world is lacking today. Thank you first credit union!!! I look forward to many years of business with you guys.

I've been with this credit union for over 33 years, and it's by far the best banking experience I've ever had in my lifetime. Became a member at the age of 13 with my mom as a sponsor. Now that I'm older and have had experience with just about every major bank in the Phoenix area, I can definitely say they have always been the best in every aspect. I've had all different types of accounts there including loans and long term deposits, and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone who doesn't want to deal with unnecessary fees and bank bull spit charges.

Came to close my deceased mom's account. Got there at noon. Told it would take 30 minutes to get paperwork taken care of. No call so came back 2 hrs. Later only to be told it would now be 40 minutes. Still waiting.

Called in to make my car payment which I’ve done 50 times,.. Noel states that it is a10$ Dollar fee to make my payment,, I asked Why Now if I have never had to pay in the past, Same number called to pay,.. Noel doesn’t care it’s 10$ fee,.. I said I am going to hang up & call the exact same phone number back & make my payment without the 10$ fee,.. Noel says go ahead,.. I hang up & call back, Guess who is on call waiting,, Noel,, Not Apologizing but stating it was only 10$ if paying from an outside source,.. I said I tried to tell you this a half a dozen times but you wanted your 10$ fee,.. Perfect Training call as an example to ask if I Bank With First Credit Union!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS PARTICULAR CALL! Have had Great Patient Agents in the past but not today!!!!!!!!
