I thought this was a great bank until now. I had trouble with my credit card. The bank issued me a new one for a $10 charge, it got lost In mail then I asked for a new one, it took 4 months to get here, the pin it came with didn't work got a new one, then the bank closed it without advising me because of a fraudulent charge, I went and asked y and then they wanted to charge me $10 again for a new card which I would have to wait months for again they aren't fair. I mean Robin the supervisor who said I had to pay. The other workers were nice.

I’ve had to request a new card 2 times in less than a year due to fraud… I haven’t even received my new card and my account reflects less money than what I really had but doesn’t reflect or say why! I used to trust this bank now I can’t wait to close my account they are just horrible!👎🏻

They went through a change of management I think. Came up with new fees to gouge customers. Pay attention to your statement.
