I needed to get a medallion stamp and Ron from this branch helped me get this done. He walked me through each step on the phone and I made an appointment with him to come by today. He made it so seamless and quick which I was so grateful for. The whole team was super friendly. The customer service here is top notch and it’s clear Ron leads by example!! Awesome staff.

Don't bank here. Services are terrible! I've been here since 2013. I was charged a fee, for a mistake they caused. The call center refused to give my money back. The bank manager did as well. I went to BMO Harris. I suggest to go there as well. I was offer a $500 bonus for setting up direct deposit after 90 days.

They help the people on the drive through last. They had one lane open at drive through. Multiple workers and a couple people inside. After waiting 20 plus minutes and having already sent my deposit $15,000 over I had to either get my money back or wait for if they were going to complete mine soon. I had a 3 year old that while waiting had to go to the bathroom. I pressed the call button and no one came over. I honked and finally someone came over and said there was a line. I said I know I’ve been waiting in it. I don’t think they cared as much about the drive through line. I asked her to send my deposit back then since I have to get the kiddo to the bathroom. She didn’t say anything and just sent it back and walked away. I’ve been in customer service and that’s not how you handle that. You acknowledge the person within a few minutes so that they know you know they’re there. You also help people in order they arrived. You also most definitely be kind and professional which she wasn’t. I’m depositing the $15,000 to my other bank and working on getting everything transferred. I’ve been a member since 2001. My parents have as well. I want to be clear that I do not mind waiting in line or waiting my turn but when I see people come in after and they’re helping them it’s frustrating but more frustrating to wait that long and not get what I came for done.

Make sure your account isn’t idle! They charge you 10 bucks a month and then send you a letter after it’s already almost drained.

Horrible experience. I responded to a car refinance pre approval letter and filled out some info online, they immediately did a hard pull on my credit and my application has sat in a "pending" status for 10 days with no response or anyone to contact. I will never consider doing business with this place again.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
