MACU is the first and only credit union I would recommend hands down to anyone especially family and friends. MACU accepted me when I was at my lowest. When the big banks had booted me out their doors due to others bad acts on my accounts, MACU first let me open a savings account. Then after proving myself for 6 months, MACU opened a checking account to me. So began my journey back to a life of financial freedom and solvency. I would highly recommend this credit union.

Never had so many issues with a credit union/bank. The last straw is what happened below: I purchased a vehicle almost 3 years ago from a private seller. We did the exchange in person at a mountain america location. About a year and a half ago I got notice that the title as still not recieved, so I contacted the seller and his bank and had it all sent again. I got verbal confirmation a month later that all was well. About 8 months ago I refinanced my truck in person. This same issue came back again, and then for the second time I got verbal confirmation from the Loan Officer that it was an internal error and he pushed the refinance through. Here we are end of 2025, I am closing on a house and I get an alert that my online account is completely locked due to missing title. I have recieved zero phone calls, zero emails, and of course no text messages. Even checked E-notice on the app. The rep had me go to the DMV to try and find it... Of course, when I went to the DMV they let me know this should 100% be MACU responsibility since they approved and were in charge of the full transfer. Multiple phone calls later and extremely rude reps later, I was told they had been trying to reach me for the past 2 years? I have nothing in my email in any folder. 3 weeks ago I was then told I had no option and my funds would be locked for 7-10 weeks while they file for a duplicate title. I am now stuck on hold for the third time just trying to make my car payment that was due two days ago. I will now accrue an overdraft and worry about my credit being hit for this mistake... How is the world does this not go noticed for 3 years?!? How did this not come up during the refinance? My hands are completely tied and I will never recommend this union to anyone. I have sent emails, calls, complaints and have no solution. Never missed a payment until this month and I have no control over it. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

Horrible teller service today. I went in to remedy a late statement that was received with an incorrect address and had to be rerouted through postal service. Ask teller to update file with correct address and remove the late fee since it was delivered late due to the wrong address. She spoke with the manager and then extremely disrespectfully told me they would refund "this one time only." As if it were my fault for their incorrect info. I asked her what she meant by that, as she acted as if I had fault with this issue. She was cold and tacky. No way to treat customer especially one that has a lot invested with them. I was appalled.

I love this branch and I always received stellar service here. Krystal is one of my favorite employees as she is very knowledgeable and friendly. McKenna is another favorite as she is always kind and fast with her service. Highly, highly recommend MACU and this location

Krystal was exceptionally professional, thorough, and friendly during what was a stressful time for me. My finances needed tending to, and Krystal made sure to take the time for a walk-in and assist me with choosing the right services. In addition to her kindness, the building itself was well maintained, neat, and most of all, inviting. I would highly recommend!
