Recently called their Fraud branch because someone was using my card for unauthorized purchases, and today I went and got my new card with the help of a young lady. Now when trying to set up the new card despite all the information being properly put in I still cannot activate it. I've done this already more than once, yet it yields the same results. How I can't set up my new card is beyond me. Along with the fact that when you call them they have AI picking up and answering for them. I want to talk to someone to get this resolved. This is unacceptable for any customer.

Called ahead of time to confirm whether or not they provide cashiers checks to non members. The rep on the phone went to confirm with another employee and still provided incorrect information. The person I spoke with in person was unapologetic and showed no empathy. How hard is it to ensure your employees understand your policies? Do better.

They say one thing and do another. Thought it was a fluke so tried them again years later... Same result. This is the goodwill equivalent of a credit union. Still waiting on my fee refund where they said there would be no fees. Sent a letter like I was told to if I wanted someone to address it... No response... They said they're reach out... Still no response as expected.

I closed my account because they stole $260 of my hard earned money with they're "Balance Protection" scheme. They will charge you $30 even if transaction is a couple dollars. Go to Chase Bank, they do not have ridiculous overdraft fees.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
