The tellers were completely unaware when bankers were available and did not check their queue correctly and almost let me walk out of the door before a very nice banker, Bita got me before I left. Make sure your ID is updated with the correct address because their systems are really old, so it’s nearly impossible to send emails that show up legible to the bankers. Bita was professional and against all odds made the bad experience here a lot better. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic about my situation. Although for my specific visit was not a great one, I would recommend Bita specifically as a great banker who has a great future ahead.

The service that Brandon and Denisse provided was exceptional. Brandon showed excellent customer service, gave great advice, and was cool under pressure. When technical trouble stopped Brandon from being able to finish what we started, Denisse stepped in and was extremely friendly, and courteous and got my debit card printed. This duo deserves a good kudos and shows why I choose a credit union over a bank.

I was trying to get a $6,000 loan personal loan ...that's all not 16k, 26k,300k just 6k to payoff a credit card and to pay my rent and utilities ahead by 2 months and to refinance my auto loan. I need to pay off the credit cards so I can improve my credit score, but the loans were denied because of my credit score. You know what annoys me is the CONSTANTLY send me advertisement to refinance my car with them then they deny me. They constantly send me ads about small loans and they deny me. These financial institutes as freaking crooked and aren't there for the community as much as they state they are. Everyone says bank with a credit union they work with you and your situation, that's BS they are just like BofA and Chase.

Josue was a great help today. He assisted my husband and I. He answered all of our questions and was friendly and very professional. I love banking with One Az Credit Union.

Josue was beyond amazing. I walked in with no issues and was seen by Josue in a very timely manner. He was very kind and personable. This was my first experience with a notary at OneAz and Josue made it a great experience!
