I’ve been with this credit union for less than a month and this is by far the best banking experience I’ve ever had already. Every single representative goes above and beyond every time I call and I can see how I can grow and use so many of the tools that they offer. This is exactly what I imagined banking with a credit union is supposed to be like although hadn’t found in other banks I’m with so far so am excited that I opened my accounts with them right in time for this financial growth journey I want to focus on. 💸

Do not apply for a loan here if you're in a hurry. Applied middle of December. Was told a few days later it takes up to 5 business days to process. Here it is 2 1/2 weeks later and still no word. I continue being told there are a few applications ahead of mine. They had a loan promotion that was only good until December 25th, yet still processing those apps?? Absolutely no communication on follow ups it seems. Also when I opened an account online I was never sent any info on how to use online banking or any document in mail or email in regards to having an account. For what seems to be such a large building on Google maps, Im not sure how they don't have enough people to get applications processed in a timely manner. Plus charge fees for apps to not be timely processed?! What a shame.

Terrible service. This has to be the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. They just treat you like complete trash and as if you are bothering them no matter what the call is about. I have never spoken with someone here who didn’t sound like they hated their job, and I’ve been a “member” for YEARS. Also, they are so behind with technology. I have nothing good to say, both the customer service and the services they offer are just absolutely without a doubt the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. So much so that I am closing my account. Makes me sad that they represent U-Haul so Terribly.

I've been with UHFCU for approx. five yrs. The Team has always been helpful and kind. After all this time, I can't say that I've had any issues or concerns that haven't been addressed or resolved. Way to go UHFCU Team!!

Incompetentce at every turn. I can't trust them to spell my name right or replace a debit card properly, how am I supposed to trust them with my money or handle a loan? Then when their mistakes are caught it's just a shrug and "oops". I wouldn't recommend this credit union to anyone that I don't actively dislike.
