First off my wife and I would like to thank Jessica Wilson as she was a lifesaver for us in. 2024 was the worst year for us. We lost our home and a vehicles to an unscrupulous contractor. We recently had taken out a title loan on our 2018 Chevy Silverado, which was the worst decision we’ve ever made or I should say the second worst decision we’ve ever made. We got scammed into a loan from a Company that just doesn’t care about people. Our neighbor, Mike Palmer who owns Auto House Dealership recommended we reach out to Jessica at Landings Credit Union. He’s e said she works miracles she will for sure be able to help you out. Not only was Jessica very nice and understanding, but she got us into an affordable loan and a payment we can afford. We highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. We feel like she’s a mentor now because she is helping us rebuild our credit in order to buy a home again. She took her time asked all the right questions and she feels like a friend now. Not only did she help us out, but she’s going to help our young adult children on the right path to home ownership. I had a fantastic experience at landings this past week. I have been a member ever since my mom enrolled me I'm not sure how many years ago. I recently just went to go apply for a used auto loan with Jessica Wilson and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and landings overall!!! Jessica was extremely educated, helpful, sympathetic, and answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. Being a first time car buyer, I naturally was extremely confused on the process and Jessica made the experience ... dare I say... delightful!! The knowledge I gained and the peace of mind I feel knowing I am with a credit union that supports me is amazing. Thank you Jessica!
