This is a commendation for excellent service ‘above and beyond’ by Catalina Cubillas, Member Service representative. She was very helpful to me as a newer HFCU member in helping to resolve an issue with my account. I saw her on Saturday afternoon (holiday weekend) and she went so far as to call me directly, first thing Monday morning, with another option to further assist me. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable on her own and also consulted with other staff for the best resolutions. I am very grateful. Ms Cubillas provided high quality assistance with compassion and professionalism.

They have great service and great people that work there. They’re very patient and they’re always are willing to listen to your needs. They’re very helpful. All the tellers are nice. The loan officers are very efficient and do a very good job. I would highly recommend them they’re the best credit union I’ve ever gone to so for all your banking needs go to Hughes Federal credit union they’re wonderful it was Catalina‘s first time doing a car loan. Chuck helped her. He’s a great teacher and she learns very fast. They both did so well I recommend them both.

Catalina was excellent! She listened to our concerns and explored the issue with the account in question. The problem was resolved and we appreciate her help. Shout out to Robin whom I spoke with regarding problems with fraud of the account in question on February 9th. The fraud was ended on that day. Thank you Hughes Personnel for your help in resolving this issue!

We had an easy pleasant experience signing up for a new checking account at Hugh’s credit union in Tucson. Jonnell was our agent who was amazing. She explained all our options clearly while setting it up for us and we were able to walk out with the debit card ready to go. Hugh’s Credit union has everything you need for your banking needs, they have many branches across Tucson for ATM or walk-in branches. I would highly recommend this Credit Union.
