Niki Chabra is awesome over at the thornydale rd branch. She made opening an account very convenient and asked very good questions. I feel like a valued customer with her and not just a number. Thank you glad to be a member!

Been a member for 20 years. Pima has been very good to me, the people that work there are awesome! Everyone is helpful & kind. I would like to mention Tracy helped me understand things better that I was confused about. She helped me navigate a loan & has talked me into online banking. I appreciate you Tracy, thank you.

As much as I dislike this Credit Union, I do kind of like this location, the staff is much more helpful and knowledgeable at this particular location, so I give them a three-star rating for this visit.
