This branch is my go to throughout the week. I was a part of Wells Fargo for a bit and always felt like I needed to shower after I would go in or interact with someone over the phone. I've utilized their credit card and loan services to help get my small business going and they made it super simple and also highlighted expectations. The people who work here genuinely want to help people, and from what I've found always look to help resolve an issue or problem. I'm grateful for TFCU, I feel like they look out for the "little man" or small business owner.

I'm very impressed with the branch manager Jillian! As a business owner with 8 total accounts and decades of banking at TFCU, I have been very unhappy with recent updates to the business online banking platform. Phone customer service had been unable to resolve my issues, so I contacted the branch and spoke with Jillian. She clearly grasped the importance and urgency of fixing the disruptions to my business, contacted the IT department herself, ensured my issues were resolved, then personally called me back to relate the details and resolution. VERY WELL DONE! YOU HAVE SAVED ME AS A CLIENT! PS - Jillian deserves 5 stars, but I had to deduct 1 star due to the issues that occurred before she intervened.

Had teller Julia at the counter. She needs to go through training again or find a job that better suits her not working with people or animals because she is very rude, no smile, unprofessional and has absolutely no people skills. I've been going to this branch for quite some time & have never had the type of horrible service as I did today. If Julia is at this branch location I'll have to make the drive to another location just to not have to deal w/ her attitude again. She wouldn't even get one start from me but had to put something.

yet again, i had a 'situation' with my debit card. ugh... i walked in, was cheerfully greeted by Natalie (who by the way remembered me from my last occurrence). She was a friendly, calming familiar face that put me at ease and gave me confidence that I was in a safe place. Again she offered me water and retrieved it quickly. I explained the situation, she HEARD and UNDERSTOOD! She handled everything like a real PRO! I was back on my way in 8 minutes!!!! Natalie has excellent skills of communication and the knowledge of how to best handle a variety of issues!

I am leaving and moving to Hughes Federal Credit Union...why...because I don't like the overall attitude of the employees ....if I ask for balance information..the teller will write it on a wipe/erase board or simply blurt it out loud..you have to request a written receipt....now upon entering the bank you must state the reason you are visiting to a staff member siting at a desk in the lobby for all in the bank to hear......next you are required to sit in a chair to await service ..I have had to sit and wait even when there has been three tellers available not serving anyone. I have been at this bank for several years but instead of service improving..it has gotten worse..goodbye Tucson Federal Credit Union I saw the low review score. so I am not alone in my dissatisfaction.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
