I have financed a few cars through VantageWest. Over the years, it has been fine. Today I went in to the university location and realized the demeanor of the staff isn’t as friendly as it used to be. I’ll just go to another location going forward.

Came in yesterday for a loan, Jake was awesome and helped direct us of what our best options were. He was so patient with all my questions, and really took his time with us. Very positive experience!

This branch location is nice. The few times I need to come in or use the ATM are easily pleasant. I made the switch from Wells Fargo to Vantage West years ago and I've enjoyed working with a local credit union for my finances. The staff are always giving their best in customer service. Which can be a tough job with irate customers and given the location, might not feel safe. I feel uneasy for the staff's safety since they got rid of the protective glass. I've also heard how much pressure managers push on their team to meet unrealistic goals, making shaky job security. The Vantage West employees work extremely hard despite circumstances. I hope there's fair equity within or at least some raises because they deserve it. Spread the wealth to the branch team members because they're the front on the line face to face hard workers.

I am not a member of this bank, although Brad at the front desk and Stephanie Serrano provided excellent customer service. Stephanie was personable, kind and helped break a $100 bill in the denominations I asked for. Thankyou!

I have been a member of vantage West for over 10 years now I’ve always had exceptional customer service experiences. They’ve always been helpful anytime I’ve had issues with my account or have had questions. This branch specifically I’ve started to use over the last few years.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
