Please do not bank here. I deposited a large check into my account and per their policies they placed a hold on it for 7 business days because of ONE overdraft on the acct in the last SIX months. My acct isn't considered "healthy" because of one overdraft and now I am being punished like a child, they refuse to clear my check for 7 business days. This policy is used as a disciplinary action because there is absolutely no reason to hold the check, and this is exactly one reason why overdrafts happen in the first place. This is not a personal check, it's not suspicious, the money is available to be deposited. I asked for a ticket to be created to see if they could "approve" an early release of MY money and the manager ensured he would place a ticket for the dept to look into and make a decision. I'm not able to see this ticket through my online portal and it can take another "2-3 days" for a decision. How is this professional? I can't see something being submitted on my behalf, I just have to trust them to do it? And they can't give me an actual date of when the ticket will be resolved? Extremely frustrating and unprofessional, take your money elsewhere.

They charge me several fees at the same time , even if I explain the lady it wasn’t my foul , because the APS payment should not use the same checking account after I gave my new bank card. .Alice , try She didn’t Hear me end just charge all those fees unfairly.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My girlfriend called because she sent someone money on Wednesday. It just posted today apparently even though it took money out of her account on WEDNESDAY two whole days ago, and I saw with my own eyes that it said current transaction not pending and it posted the money transaction on her account. The person she was calling told her she interpreted it wrong and was wrong basically. This is not classy and not professional. Wells Fargo would just send the money because the customer is never wrong. You guys do not know how to handle customers service.

Received a notice of unclaimed property for my late husband's account we had for a vehicle loan years ago. Tried closing the account. Provided death certificate and my identification. Just to be told oh we need legal documents. I asked what legal documents do you need other than the death certificate? Oh, we can't tell you because you aren't on the account. Called to discuss next steps with management and still over a week has gone by and no one has tried to help me resolve this matter. Total frustration. As if being a widow isn't hard enough, trying to tie up loose ends and take care of things, this financial institution is making it even harder.
