I just switched from Chase Bank and could not be happier. Went in today to make a deposit and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They helped set up the right accounts to make the most of my money. I look forward to a great partnership for years to come

I have been a loyal member with this bank for several years and have had the door slammed in my face continuously when applying for loans. I've gone to other banks and have been approved immediately. We always pay out debts and have a running history with this bank and they still deny us assistance. I was under the impression that a "credit union" would help hard working people that try to better themselves, these people definitely do not share that sentiment. Shame on you ACFCU, we will take our growing business elsewhere in the future.

I was always told to use a credit unuion. However, I have never had so many hackers be able to access my money like this before, ever! However, I got blamed for this and was treated rudely and like a 2ndclass citizen. They allowed someone in Florida take over 5 hundred out of my account but flag a gas station in Hot Springs. But don't ever treat me like am stupid. Take responsibility for what you did with my money! You can blame me all you want and if ebay and amazon are not good sites to shop from then I guess we all need to quit using our debit cards. Your problem was that you failed to guardmy bank account like you should I am sure I will have better luck with my next institution. Takeresponsibility for your incompetence

Great local service that is community focused! Everyone I work with is always A+ and a special recognition to Lauren for always being patient in assisting me! I tell everyone they should have at least one account with ACFCU!

I prefer credit unions over banks who add fees to every little thing you use. Although I rarely write checks, this is the biggest cost of banking here which is very cheap. Free checking for seniors, online banking and bill pay, no cost debit card and interest on all accounts are some of the big pluses for me. Any time I had a question or problem, it was quickly answered or solved. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. This is a non-profit co-op owned by residents of the Benton\Bryant area.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
