I have never had so many problems with depositing MY money via cash or checks at bank than this place. They are absolutely rude and ridiculous at the window and want to give me the hardest time every time. I can not wait to move my business elsewhere!

Someone fraud my credit card they did a cash advance of $3000 and put it in my savings. I have received a call after five on a Thursday night. The call said it was Success federal credit union with the number that is on the back of my credit card I answered that call Because I never had this happen. The gentleman asked me if I tried to book a Delta flight to Miami today and I said no he said the bank would call me tomorrow, I would’ve thought the bank would call me first thing but by 11 o’clock I realize they hadn’t called me so I called them after I looked at my online banking and that $3000 went into my savings account who would do a cash advance and put in in there savings I spoke with Trisha and she immediately put the money back on my credit card she was supposed to block cancel and send me new cards at 7 o’clock that night. I get another call from Success Federal credit union showed up on my phone by the same number on the back of the card. The 763111 something like that I did not answer it. I called the lost or stolencard number and a lady named Michelle blocked the cards immediately, I called , and spoke to Jamie in the fraud department she didn’t asked me if I had my husband did that he does not even have access online banking information and she investigated. She said it comes from a 15 promax phone and that I was gonna be held responsible for that. Thousand dollars I went to the Branch Manager, Becky Wells in Jonesboro, trying to file that dispute. She backs up Jamie says I gave my online information out to someone which I did not and they tell me I’m gonna have to pay that thousand dollars if my cards would’ve been blocked at noon by Tricia, this might not have happened I can’t believe I’ve been with this credit union and they won’t even fight for you so I would think twice about dealing with this bank very disappointed. I will take it to the highest level. I can. I did not do this and I should not be held accountable for it. Who would ever give there online banking information to someone and I did not click on any link. I got fees from that cash advances back-and-forth. Miss Wells told me she couldn’t even find the first 3,000.00 dollars on her computer, but on my paper statement, it’s right there and it’s very complicated to look at so think twice before you bank with this bank they won’t help you at all. I’ve been with Success since 2017, paided a car loan off, never over drawled, always pay way over the Minimum payment on my credit card and for them to treat me like this,,really sucks , they won’t even fight for me..

Bobby(manager or upper lead not sure) who works at success credit union, not sure which location, is very rude and unprofessional. I have been banking with them for years and have had many bad encounters at the Blytheville location reported it each time but still remained a customer. Today was a day I got tired of the lack of communication and professionalism. No customer should experience the smart mouth and the phone hung up on them if they aren't being a rude customer. I was clearly trying to understand what she had told me and she clearly lied and said she didn't tell me that. And the audacity of her hanging up in my face after she got caught in a lie. Please bank at a place who has good customer service and communication skills.
