I've never had a worse banking experience. This is a loan company, that masquerades as a banking institution. Abysmal Customer Service - every thing is outsourced; have an Online Banking issue? Only one person can help & they're never there; Problem logging in to your app? Same response. Sophomoric Fraud Safeguards - randomly declining Auto Drafts that have been in the system for years, and freezing your debit card up, because "Fraud" - this exact situation nearly cost me a 20 year old Life Insurance Policy, that had been Auto Drafting premiums, been denied, and I errantly dismissed a couple of emails from the insurance agency, as marketing - they were trying to alert me my sizeable policy was about to drop. Signs of poor business from third parties - when gas stations won't let you use a pump, without $150 holds - but then I use another bank's card in the same pump, no issues; other companies refuse to let you use this account for Auto Drafting, because of issues they've had getting paid - or not acknowledging them as a banking institution, in general. In an attempt to support local, get into a credit union & hopefully take advantage of better rates & collective ownership, we went with UARK Fed - and I haven't been happier to leave a banking institution, than I am right now. Emptying & closing all of my accounts, looking forward to a less stressful financial management experience, with a different institution.

This place deserves so much more credit. I have used them in 3 different auto loans every situation has been seamless and easy. Just this time I asked (Rosa) to please send docusign to my wife and myself in 2 separate emails due to work conflicting with getting to the CU. This way now I can swing in and pickup a check after all docs are signed. Great credit union, ask for Rosa!
